OBJECTIVES
The purpose of the Finibanco Project is to reconcile the three types of interest that converge in the project - Customers, employees and shareholders - giving priority to the Customer.
For us, only the total satisfaction of our Customers can create the necessary conditions for the fulfilment of employees and shareholders wishes.
Finibanco also seeks to contribute to the development of the Portuguese economy, by providing its capabilities, in a committed fashion, towards the sound management of financial resources, directing them towards the projects and sectors with greatest growth potential.
BUSINESS AREAS
The Finibanco Group, through its Associated Companies, covers most of the Financial Products and Services segments, in the following three main areas:
Traditional Banking
Consists of deposit taking and credit concession to companies and private individuals, including specialized credit such as consumer credit, housing loans or lease-purchase financing and leasing, as well as treasury services and payment modes.
Investment Banking
Includes the provision of financial counselling, research and securities brokerage services.
Asset Management
Includes the management of individual (personalised service) and collective (Securities Investment Funds and Real Estate Investment Funds) financial assets.

- Network of more than 170 Branches, distributed throughout the Country;
- Network of more than 200 Business Promoters, present all over the Country;
- Telephone Banking, available 24/24;
- Homebanking, via Internet, available 24/24;
- An on-line brokerage service via Internet - Homebanking;
- Extranet Channel, between our Associated Company Finicrédito and the most significant points of sale with which agreements have been established;
- ATM/POS network, channel shared with the financial sector.
